In order to “Hold” your seat in class, Payment must be made either through XXXX (after completing this form) or at the IQ Driving School office. For 6 Hour Adult Class (18 to 24 yrs old), class days are listed below Teen Classes in the Session Date and Time field. For Online Driver Education, please select “Other” in the Session Date and Time field.
